About us

Bowshot Logs is a sole trader business providing firewood deliveries within our local area in the UK.

By placing an order or making an enquiry with us, you agree to these terms.

Orders and enquiries

All orders are arranged following an enquiry via our website, phone, or email.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability until your order is confirmed by us.

Prices

  • Prices shown on our website are for guidance and may vary depending on load size, delivery location, and availability.

  • Final prices are confirmed before delivery.

  • All prices shown include VAT at the current rate.

Payment

  • Payment is taken on delivery.

  • We accept cash or bank transfer.

  • Payment must be made at the time of delivery unless agreed in advance.

Delivery

  • We deliver within our local delivery area only.

  • Delivery dates and times are agreed in advance and may be affected by weather, traffic, or access conditions.

  • If safe access is not available on arrival, we may leave the logs at the nearest suitable location or rearrange delivery.

Access, unloading and stacking

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access for delivery vehicles.

  • Logs are delivered to kerbside, driveway, or another agreed location.

  • A stacking service is available if arranged in advance and may be subject to an additional charge.

  • If stacking has not been booked, logs will be dropped at the agreed delivery point only.

Storage and care of logs

  • Once logs have been delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to store them in a sensible, safe place.

  • Logs should be kept off the ground and protected from rain to maintain their quality.

  • Bowshot Logs cannot be responsible for deterioration in quality caused by poor storage after delivery.

Log quantities and quality

  • Firewood is a natural product and sizes may vary.

  • Load volumes are approximate.

  • Logs are supplied as seasoned, unseasoned or kiln-dried as described at the time of order.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before delivery by contacting us as soon as possible.

  • Once logs have been delivered, cancellations and refunds are not available unless the goods are faulty.

Faulty or incorrect orders

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will aim to resolve any genuine problems fairly and promptly.

Liability

Bowshot Logs is not responsible for damage caused during delivery where reasonable care has been taken and access instructions provided by the customer have been followed.
